If you are able to contribute the standard cost of the event, we greatly appreciate your support in sustaining our work. If you are a student or are experiencing financial hardship, please review our Payment Policies.
For events lasting fewer than five days, we offer the convenience of online payment options.

If you are in a position to pay the [Standard Rate], your support is always apprecitated. As an educational charity, we want to make our events accessible to people at different stages of life and circumstances. Alongside the standard rate, we offer two reduced rate options:
- [Student Rate] – For those in full-time education only.
- [Community Rate] – For those recently finished their studies and only work part-time at the moment. This rate is designed to make it easier for you to join our community, grow, and participate in these enriching experiences as you establish yourself.
In addition, guided by our No One Turned Away policy, if neither of the above rates is manageable, you are welcome to contribute an amount that works for your circumstances. Your presence is what matters most.
It is our policy that no one should be discouraged from attending because of difficulty in paying. If you are experiencing financial hardship, it is sufficient to contribute an amount that works for you.
We are also incredibly grateful to those who choose to contribute more than the event cost, as these generous donations allow us to continue this policy for others. If you’d like to support this mission, you can make a donation here.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel at least 48 hours before the event, you are eligible for a full refund. If possible, we kindly invite you to consider turning part or all of your refund into a contribution. This helps us cover preparation costs and ensures we can continue making our events accessible to all. Your generosity directly supports those who may not be in a position to pay the full event fee.
